All of our products are made-to-order and are shipped directly from our production house and collaborative partner, Søciety6. Your order will be ready to ship within 3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation and tracking number when it is on its way. Occasionally, our partner Søciety6 offers discounts and free shipping that may not always be reflected on the website here. If you notice that there is a sale or free shipping happening on our Søciety6 page, and it is not listed on our site here, please contact us and we will honor and price match your request.
Shipping & Handling
We ship Worldwide!
All of our items ship from the U.S. unless otherwise noted. We ship to most countries worldwide via the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all domestic and international packages. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping & Handling charges are as follows:
$5.00 flat rate fee for Domestic—all states within the U.S.A.
$13.95 flat rate fee for all International countries we ship to worldwide.
The production and processing time for orders is 1–3 business days. After that, average delivery time within the United States is 4–14 days and 2–4 weeks for International orders. Delivery times may vary during holidays or limited edition launches.
Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from the USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason we will gladly process a refund. Please send an email to email@example.com with the subject line Return.
Please note: If the item is defective we may ask you to send us a photo so that we can forward it on to our production house and make them aware of the issue.
